While most domestic shipments arrive within the estimated window, international orders may require additional transit time due to customs clearance. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0–$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60–$9999. These rates apply to most destinations in our service network. Expedited shipping may be available for select regions at checkout—applicable fees will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Some remote areas or regions with complex import regulations (e.g., certain territories in the Middle East or Africa) may face restrictions. During checkout, enter your address to verify eligibility. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. For consolidated shipments, individual tracking updates may appear sequentially. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to carrier disruptions or customs inspections. For lost shipments, we’ll initiate a trace process with the carrier and, if unresolved, arrange a replacement or refund per our policy. Customs & Import Duties
