Return & Refund Policy

At xiaohenjmttyyds Trading, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled, but you may return them upon receipt following our standard return procedure.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must include this RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return results from our error.

For purchases made with gift cards or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately at the information provided below. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues promptly.
